Allan joined the Youth Unlimited staff in 1996 as Director of French Ministries. He also served as Director of Montreal Ministries before becoming the Executive Director in 2001. In High School, Allan was deeply impacted by the ministry of MYU and served as a student leader.  He continued to volunteer with the organization for several years before joining the staff team in 1996.  Allan has a degree in Finance and Accounting.  He has been a volunteer youth leader in his church for nearly 30 years. Allan has a heart to communicate the Good News in a relevant way to the youth of Quebec.
